Hukukça displays public-source opinions with limited, purpose-bound data and tries not to collect unnecessary personal information.
Displayed data
Public statements may be shown with source, excerpt, date, speaker, and classification information. The purpose is to make the origin of each opinion reviewable.
User data
If you submit a source suggestion, error report, or email, the link, description, and optional contact detail you provide may be used for review and response.
Minimization
Apart from limited technical records and language preferences needed to run the site, we try not to collect unnecessary personal data or publish details that are not needed to understand the public legal discussion.
Corrections and removal
Use the Report an error button next to the relevant record, or write to iletisim@hukukca.org, if you see a wrong attribution, incorrect person match, unnecessary personal data, or security risk.
