Hukukça

Editorial policy

Hukukça maps public legal opinions to predefined answer choices in a neutral and reviewable way.

Source standard

Sources should be public, attributable, stable, and directly connected to the legal question. Weak or indirect sources may be counted with low confidence or not counted at all.

Classification

An opinion is linked to an answer choice based on the source's visible content. Ambiguous, under-contextualized, or purely political statements may be excluded or marked with lower confidence.

Automation and review

Automated tools may help find sources and suggest initial matches. Counted records should remain reviewable through source, excerpt, and classification information.

Corrections

Corrections may be requested for misquotes, wrong classifications, unavailable sources, duplicate people, changed positions, or privacy risks.

Neutrality

Hukukça publishes to show source-linked views, not to advocate for them.
